I'm not sure how long this can take but this is the worst online shopping experience I have had in my life as Cole Haan doesn't respond to my emails. I'm still waiting to hear from UPS, they restarted an investigation (after closing it without saying anything). Cole Haan told me to solve this issue with UPS as Cole Haan was not responsible for the delivery. It got stolen most probably (or maybe it was never delivered). UPS told me that they put the package in front of my house, but I never saw any package. I did a purchase from their online store 12 days ago. Cole Haan's online store uses UPS as a third party to ship their online orders.
